In 2013, Mr. Yinjun HUANG, unwilling to settle for mediocrity, left a stable income to join KEDA (Anhui) Clean Energy, embarking on a marketing career brimming with opportunities and challenges. Over 12 years of trials and triumphs, he honed his skills and steadily transitioned from the sales frontline to a marketing management role in the field of clean coal gasification.
Within his 1st year, he successfully signed the Guizhou Huajin project, marking his first personal order and becoming the youngest & most efficient order signer at KEDA (Anhui) Clean Energy. This success strengthened his confidence and fueled his determination to persist on this professional path. In the ensuing years, he overcame obstacles and advanced steadily, successfully transitioned from a frontline role to a management role, and demonstrated excellent management abilities, leading his team to achieve notable results: signing the first overseas order in 2018, signing the first set of entrained bed orders in 2019, and expanding into new industries such as magnesium metal, hydrogen metallurgy, coking, lithium batteries, and magnesium oxide. Annual order values soared from RMB 500 million to RMB 800 million and then RMB 1 billion...
Today, 128 sets of clean energy products have been sold, securing the company's leading market share in the industry. The products are applied in 12 industries, earning widespread recognition from clients.

After transferring to the International Chinese-Invested Sales Regions, Mr. Ruihua ZHANG, with 25 years of tenure at KEDA, swiftly adapted to his new role thanks to his extensive marketing experience and keen insight.
Previously, when handling business in China's sales regions, ZHANG was accustomed to dealing with familiar faces in familiar settings. However, in his current position, he has to accommodate the diverse requirements of clients from various countries. To better understand their genuine needs, ZHANG proactively travels to meet clients all over the globe.
While overseas, he discovered that international multi-layer dryers typically have sections measuring 2.8 meters, whereas 3.5-meter sections are more prevalent in China. Upon investigation, he learned that the absence of 3.5-meter sections internationally was related to shipping constraints. However, for high-capacity kiln dryers, the 3.5-meter sections offered better cost-effectiveness. Therefore, he recommended that the department expedite the design of a 3.5-meter/section multi-layer dryer that fits shipping containers. The business unit swiftly responded and developed this design within a short period, providing clients with an additional option and significantly boosting sales.
Except for the story about dryer,the latest KEDA's KD3808 press has been well-received by clients in recent years. However, the market is flooded with older KD3800 presses, therefore, many clients are hesitant to invest heavily in the current economic environment.
ZHANG saw an opportunity of refurbishment as another sales option. He suggested to the Molding Technology Department that they invert the oil cylinder of the KD3800 from upside down to upright. He actively communicated this need to different related internal parties. Ultimately, the research and manufacturing were completed in the shortest time possible. In 2024, KEDA Ceramic Machinery secured orders for 14 refurbished presses.

In 2021, while managing business in the Guangxi sales region in China, he actively followed up with the owner of Mexico Time Ceramics, who was still exploring investment options in China and hadn't decided on a location for their factory. ZHANG worked with colleagues to coordinate client visits to Guangxi Province, Jiangxi Province, Fujian Province, and other regions. He provided detailed and honest introductions to the advantages and disadvantages of KEDA's various products. This laid the foundation for the client to ultimately choose KEDA machinery 2 years later. In July 2024, the first complete line developed by KEDA Ceramic Machinery successfully commenced production at Mexico Time Ceramics, marking KEDA's first full "KEDA Standard" line in the Americas, setting a benchmark for "KEDA Standard" to radiate across the continent and helping raise KEDA’s banner higher across the globe.

Specifically, based on orders received in 2024, the company secured a kiln market share exceeding 75% and a press market share reaching 100%.
With 17 years of deep accumulation and keen insight in the Central China Sales Region, GUAN led his team to secure nearly all significant orders in the region in 2024. Notably, the Central China Sales Region completed the signing of HLT & DLT Ceramic Machinery's 1st full slab production line order, including roller presses, dryers, wide-body kilns, and complete plant raw material systems. The signing of the world's 1st double-deck roof tile kiln project exemplifies GUAN's persistence, resilience against challenges, and relentless pursuit of success. Confronted with the disadvantage of competitors having seized the initiative, Guan promptly adjusted his strategy. Leveraging his profound understanding of HLT & DLT's product strengths and precise grasp of customer needs, he withstood the pressure and successfully persuaded the customer to adopt a double-deck, narrow-body, short-kiln solution.
