Recently, the aluminum hydroxide suspension roasting furnace project, designed and supplied by Henan KEDAneu International Engineering Co., Ltd., for Zhongjin (Hangzhou) Supply Chain Co., Ltd. in Indonesia, was successfully fired up.
The Zhongjin Indonesia project is one of the 10 cooperation projects signed between Chinese President Jinping XI and Indonesian President Susilo Bambang Yudhoyono. Located in the BAP Industrial Park in Ketapang County, West Kalimantan Province, Indonesia, the project, once completed, will have an annual alumina production capacity of 1.2 million tons.

To meet the client's requirement for a shortened construction period and early production startup, the Henan KEDAneu project team faced the challenge of tight schedules and heavy tasks head-on. They adopted new construction methods that reduced the furnace building time to just 60 days, which ultimately shortened the entire installation period to 6 months. The project achieved successful 1st ignition and smooth operation, reaching its preset goals and setting a new benchmark for construction timelines in roasting furnace projects.
