Guangdong Pilotage Enterprise's Ultra-wide Sintered Stone(Ceramic Slab) Line Built by KEDA Ceramic Machinery Successfully Ignited

The partnership between KEDA Ceramic Machinery and Guangdong Pilotage Enterprise has evolved through numerous projects since 2009. From the initial polishing line established in the early days of Pilotage’s factory to the comprehensive upgrade of the sintered stone(ceramic slab) production line today, ceramic production has improved into a more high-end and intelligent process.
 

This project incorporates KEDA ceramic machinery, such as a flexible forming system for sintered stone, an energy-efficient ultra-wide-body kiln, and an intelligent polishing line for large slabs. It produces high-end sintered stone in sizes such as 900×2700mm, 1200×2700mm, and 1200×2400mm, with thicknesses ranging from 3-15mm, and has a daily output of 30,000㎡.

 

The kiln customized for this project integrates multiple KEDA patented technologies and offers significant advantages in low energy consumption, high superior product rates, and addressing issues such as cutting cracks, enhancing product quality and energy efficiency.
