20 Aug 2025On August 20, KEDA Industrial Group held a special session on Corporate Culture and Strategy at its Anhui Research & Production Base under the theme “Forging Spirit with Culture, Moving Forward with Strength”. More than 150 key staff members and young employee representatives from various business units joined the training.
In a 3-hour talk, Chairman Mr. Cheng BIAN shared KEDA’s key milestones and defining moments, offering in-depth insights into the management philosophy and cultural spirit behind them. He noted that throughout KEDA’s 30-plus years of development, the company has faced challenges but has always maintained steady growth. Corporate culture, he emphasized, has been central to this journey.
Chairman Mr. Cheng BIAN began with the meaning behind the name KEDA — “Thriving by Scientific and Technological Innovation”. From developing China’s first chamfering machine and polishing line, which marked the start of ceramic machinery localization, the company embraced its core value of “Infinite Innovation”. He went on to recall the Yimen complete plant solution project in Yunnan, where KEDA first applied the principle “When Money Scatters, People Gather and When Money Gathers, People Scatter”. This approach attracted top industry professionals as co-founders, embedding the concept into company culture and drawing more talent to KEDA.
He highlighted other milestones, including the company’s successful listing on the Shanghai Stock Exchange, the strategic restructuring with HLT that secured KEDA’s leadership in China’s ceramic machinery sector and reinforced the culture of “Integration for Shared Success,” and the enduring belief that “Change Is the Only Constant”. These values, he emphasized, continue to drive KEDA to push boundaries and pursue ever higher growth ceilings.
In closing, Chairman Mr. BIAN encouraged everyone to “Believe in KEDA, and build your career with KEDA”. He urged employees to carry forward the company’s strong corporate culture and draw lasting momentum from it to keep moving forward.
