16 Oct 2025Recently, the roof tile production line built by KEDA Ceramics Machinery for Jiangxi Guanli Ceramics Co., Ltd. was successfully commissioned on its first firing. The project sets a new benchmark for quality enhancement, efficiency improvement, and green manufacturing in the ceramic roof tile sector.
The No. 1 kiln production line in this technical upgrading project focuses on “energy saving, consumption reduction, and intelligent management”. It is a modern model line custom-built by KEDA Ceramics Machinery for Guanli Ceramics, featuring cutting-edge technology, high efficiency, and green intelligence. The line is equipped with KEDA’s high-efficiency, energy-saving wide roller kiln.
The production line mainly produces 300×400 mm high-quality roof tiles, with a designed daily output of 230,000 pieces. It incorporates several of KEDA’s patented technologies, including a combustion air heating system, high-efficiency energy-saving kiln burners, a kiln body comprehensive insulation upgrading system, and a waste heat recovery system with optimized air duct design.
