The partnership aims to advance scrap steel processing machinery toward higher efficiency, greater intelligence, and improved energy performance. Guided by the principles of equality, mutual benefit, complementary strengths, and win-win cooperation, the 3 parties will carry out in-depth collaboration on integrated electro-hydraulic servo pump systems. Together, they will build a long-term and stable strategic partnership, enhancing the competitiveness of electro-hydraulic servo systems in the scrap recycling machinery sector.
Under the agreement, the 3 parties will adopt a specialized division of roles. One party will focus on application in scrap steel processing machinery, prioritizing the integrated electro-hydraulic servo pump system as the preferred configuration. Another will provide integrated solutions combining plunger pumps with servo motors and drives. The third will supply servo motors, drives, and related control systems, ensuring product quality and after-sales service. This creates a complete collaboration chain—from core component supply and system integration to end-use machinery application.
