28 May 2026In a major push to embed lean practices across its operations, Fujian KEDA New Energy has launched the “2026 Lean Management Bootcamp,” a four-month intensive training and hands-on program built on the internationally recognized Danaher lean management system.
As of May 23, three modules have been delivered: Lean Introduction, VSM & OEE Fundamentals, and Failure Mode Identification & Problem Solving. The bootcamp is led by top management, including Mr. Tao DAI (Chairman), Mr. Zhiqiang WANG (General Manager), and Mr. Zonglong WANG (Deputy General Manager), along with the heads of production and core functional teams.
Speaking at the opening ceremony in March, GM Zhiqiang WANG emphasized that the program aims to deeply integrate Danaher’s lean tools and methodology with Fujian KEDA’s actual production environment, business conditions, and operational characteristics — ultimately driving efficiency and precision across all value chain activities.
