08 May 2026In the Qinglongshan Industrial Park, Wu’an, Hebei Province, the successful kiln-ignition of Module-3 marks a major milestone for the world’s largest environmentally friendly ecological ceramic project. This achievement further solidifies the role of HLT&DLT’s Nymph-series new-generation double-deck roller kilns in redefining global solid waste utilization through green, intelligent, and high-end ceramic manufacturing.
The project – a 10 million tons/year solid waste comprehensive utilization initiative by Qingfeng Green Energy – has adopted a complete suite of HLT&DLT‘s ceramic machineries, covering the entire production chain from raw materials to finished products. The scope includes:
- Complete high-efficiency ball mill glaze preparation system + automatic centralized glaze supply system
- Hydraulic presses: 4 x YP7890, 16 x YP6890N, 66 x YP3609, 8 x YPT1800
- 8 x Nymph-series wide-body double-deck roller kilns (W3100 / L352.8m)
- 6 x ES-series wide-body energy-saving self-circulating six-layer dryers
- 12 x glaze line dryers + auxiliary equipment
Module-3, now with the kilns ignited, is a core production unit for outdoor paving tiles and a showcase of HLT&DLT’s dense technology integration – embodying five key dimensions: green, intelligent, high-efficiency, precision, and reliability.
By collaborating with Qingfeng Green Energy with rigorous, practical engineering – progressing stepwise from lab trials to pilot scale and finally mass production – HLT&DLT is accelerating the circular use of solid waste in the ceramic industry and driving China’s building materials sector toward energy-saving, environmentally friendly, low-carbon transformation.
